# Reduced Commission for Selling Physical Products on the “Tribute” Platform (the “Terms”)

1. Promotion Organizer: TRBT Limited, registration number HE 443898, located at Griva Digeni, 51, ATHINEON COURT, Flat/Office 202, 8047, Paphos, Cyprus (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”).
2. Eligible Participants: The promotion is open to channel creators using the “Tribute” platform to sell physical products (hereinafter referred to as the “Creator”).
3. Start of the promotion: April 14, 2025, 00:01 (UTC +3).
4. Promotion Terms and Conditions:
   1. Reduction of commission from 10% to 0% on all sales of physical products during the preferential period, excluding a commission of no more than 3% for payment processing charged by the payment provider.
   2. Upon the end of the promotion period, the commission automatically returns to the standard rate of 10%.
   3. The Organizer reserves the right to determine and change the duration of the promotion at its own discretion. The end date of the promotion will be determined and published by the Organizer on the Organizer's website and/or communicated by other means to the Creators.
5. This promotion applies exclusively to the sale of physical products and does not apply to other services of the Organizer.
6. The Organizer reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice.
7. Any updates to the Terms will be published on the Organizer’s official platforms. Authors are responsible for staying informed of any changes to the promotion’s Terms.
8. Participation in the promotion indicates the Creator’s acceptance of these Terms.
