Rules for a raffle among channel creators using the "Tribute" service (the "Rules")

  1. Organizer: TRBT Limited. Registration number: HE 443898. Address: Griva Digeni, 51, ATHINEON COURT, Flat/Office 202, 8047, Paphos, Cyprus (hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer").

  2. Participants: channel creators using the "Tribute" service for content monetization, who are 18 years of age or older.

  3. Duration: from December 12, 2024, 00:01 (UTC +3) to January 12, 2025, 23:59 (UTC +3).

  4. Results announcement: no later than January 20, 2025.

  5. Participation scheme:

5.1. The number of tickets is calculated as follows:

5.1.1. The creator receives 1 ticket for every €10 or 1,000 RUB earned through Tribute during the raffle period from new paid subscriptions, donations, and the sale of digital goods.

5.1.2. The number of tickets depends on the total subscription payment amount, not the number of subscribers.

5.1.3. Physical products: The creator receives 3 tickets for every €10 or 1,000 RUB earned through Tribute during the raffle period from the sale of physical products.

5.2. For the purposes of Clause 5.1.1 of the Rules, new subscribers are considered those who have subscribed to the channel within the last two months from the start date of the draw. All types of subscriptions are taken into account

  1. Prize fund:

  • 1 x Apple Macbook Air 15" M3 2024 (16gb, 512 ssd)

  • 2 x Apple iPhone 16 Pro 256GB

  • 30 Ρ… Apple AirPods 4 (2024) MXP93

  1. Raffle rules:

7.1. The prize draw will be conducted in the Organizer's official Telegram channel.

7.2. The random.org service will be used to determine the winners.

  1. Rules for receiving prizes:

8.1. Physical delivery of prizes may not be possible in all countries and will be discussed individually.

8.2. If it is impossible to deliver a physical prize, the winner will receive the equivalent of the prize value in USDT:

  • Apple Macbook Air 15" M3 2024 (16gb, 512 ssd) = 2000 USDT

  • Apple iPhone 16 Pro 256GB = 1300 USDT

  • 30 Ρ… Apple AirPods 4 (2024) MXP93 = 250 USDT

  1. By participating in the raffle, participants give their consent to the processing of their personal data by the Organizer in accordance with the current legislation on personal data protection. Personal data processing includes collection, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification, use, distribution, depersonalization, blocking, deletion, and destruction of data necessary for conducting the raffle and awarding prizes.

  2. The right to receive a prize is personal and cannot be transferred to third parties.

  3. By participating in the raffle, participants agree to the publication of their Telegram channel names, names, usernames, or IDs specifically added for the contest, which may be displayed in the interface (in full or in part), as well as the raffle results on all resources of the Organizer.

  4. The Organizer reserves the right to make changes to these Rules at any time without prior notice. Such changes come into force from the moment of their publication on the Organizer's official resources. Participants are obliged to independently monitor changes in the Rules of the raffle.

  5. Participation in the raffle means full agreement with these Rules.

  6. The raffle is not a lottery or gambling game.
