# Где покупателю найти чеки по заказу в сервисе Tribute

1\. Откройте заказ в разделе «Физические товары».

2.. Нажмите «Детали транзакции».

Авансовый чек формируется при получении предоплаты, когда товар ещё не получен. Итоговый чек оформляется после отгрузки товара.
